What makes it so special you ask? More or less the fact that I'm updating at all. I wasn't going to but since I'm supposed to do nothing for another three hours this is better than that. Other than that, this is my first year anniversary which I'm spending in Brazil. I don't know what else to say other than it was a great year for me all in all and I hope that it continues like this.
Back to the update...
After celebrating Germany's win over Uruguay and seeing Spain take the cup I actually feel very happy for them. Personal issues aside I think they deserved to win considering the fact that Holland (Netherlands, whatever) played really dirty that day. I traveled to Brazil as planned and after getting on with our little tour we find ourselves on the eve of what could be our biggest gig ever. I'm celebrating today with Jareth and the entire world it seems seeing as I have just been notified that I am a Trending Topic today. How exciting!
This summer has been going great so far so I can't wait to see what's next.

I'm Sure That I'm Bad Luck
I'm actually writing this really quickly because I just got out of the most devastating game of soccer that I have witnessed. I will say now that all five of the teams that I wished would win the World Cup (wished, even though I knew more than half of them didn't stand a chance) are out. I am personally devastated by Germany's loss because they looked so sure of themselves and had beaten the others in a spectacular fashion. As for Germany I wish them all the best to win third place (at least) although now I think I'm bad luck. As for the finals I liked how the Netherlands (or Holland as they also call themselves seeing as they can't make up their minds) have played since the beginning and I favored them over Brazil although no one believed me. Spain I have never really liked (personally, seeing as I will admit that they play well but I've had bad experiences with the team) but they have a shot. I guess we'll see Sunday.
This is a bit of a World Cup update but I can't help it. After the Final is played I'll be headed out to Brazil and back on normal schedule. I'll get back to posting later as my friends want to go get drunk now.
